Chapter 21 - Forget About Your Frost Date, These Herbs and Veggies LOVE Cold Weather

Baby it's cold outside......


Your frost date may be weeks away but it's the perfect time to plant vegetables and herbs that LOVE frosty weather.

They're called cool weather plants and they thrive on temperatures as low as 20 degrees.

If the temperature happens to drop lower, just toss a cover over the plants until the temperature warms to above freezing.
